Things to Know about SeaDream Yacht Club

Air Add-on

Seadream has a partnership with Global Marine Travel to provide guests with air transport to and from the ship. Global Marine Travel is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. till 6“00 p.m. EST and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Call 1-866-435-9446 or (954)-446-2368. E-mail: sdyc@flygmt.com. Alcohol Policies

You may bring wine and champagne aboard to enjoy in your stateroom or in the restaurants. The corkage fee is $10 per bottle.

All-Inclusive Policy

Seadream Yacht Club is all-inclusive with your cruise fare including accommodations, meals and beverages, and all gratuities.

Beauty Salon

A full range of beauty treatments are available at the Seadream Spa. Facials range from $95 to $130, manicures from $40 to $50, and pedicures from $50 to $60. Hair cuts and styling is also available.

Bon Voyage Gifts

You may purchase SeaDream logoed merchandise at “SeaDream’s online boutique”: http://www.seadreamyachtclub.com/boutique.htm. For gifts to be delivered onboard your yacht, consult receptio when you board.

Butler / Concierge Service

None of the SeaDream stateroom categories include butler service. However, the crew of 95 will cater to your every need. With just 112 people onboard, you’re assured topnotch service.

Cancellation Policies

Guests who cancellation their cruise more than 120 days prior to sailing will receive a full refund on their cruise fare, less a $50 per person booking and administration fee. Cancellations received within 120 days of sailing, even if for medical reasons, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

• 91–120 days prior to sailing: $200 per person will be billed
• 46–90 days prior to sailing: 25 percent of the full cruise fare
• 31–45 days prior to sailing: 50 percent of the full cruise fare
• Less than 30 days, no shows, or no written notice will be charged at the full cruise rate per person

Cash / Credit Cards / Foreign Currency

SeaDream accepts all major credit cards, cash, and travelers cheques.

Children’s Program

There is no official children’s program in place, but children over the age of 13 years are welcom onboard. That being said, it’s rare to see children sailing on the SeaDream yachts.

Cruise Documents

You’ll receive your cruise documents approximately a month prior to sailing.

Dining

Dining is open seating, indoor or out on the decks. The award winning dining options, the Dining Salon and simply dining Al Fresco offer international fare as well as regional cuisine, a vegetarian menu and the Spa Menu for those wanting a lite option in dining. Speciality dishes are also prepared in these dining areas. The Topside Restaurant offers breakfast and lunch by menu and buffet, and Top of the Yacht offers freshly brewed coffee, tea and fresh juices as well as pastries, sandwiches and snacks, as does The Pool Bar.

Disabled Guest Services

Due to the nature of yachts themselves, SeaDream is not recommended for those in wheelchairs or others with severe mobility issues. However, SeaDream does its best to cater to the needs of those with various disabilities.

Dress Code

Casual resort sportswear is suitable for onboard and shore excursions, with slightly more elegant wear necessary for the evenings.

Electrical Outlets

All staterooms come standard with 110- and 220-volt electrical outlets.

Embarkation

Embarkation for all Seadream cruises is approximately 2:00 p.m.

Fellow Passengers

Seadream caters to an affluent, travel-savvy crowd and steers away from families with children. You will meet adventurous and active individuals onboard.

Formal Nights

SeaDream does not host any formal nights, but you are invited to dress up if you so desire.

Gratuities

Gratuities are included in your cruise fare.

In-Suite Bar Setup

The in-suite bar is stocked with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and bottled waters.

In-Suite Safe

All staterooms are equipped with a private safe.

In-Suite Television

All staterooms are have a flat-screen television as well as a DVD and CD player.

In-Suite Toiletries

All stateroom bathrooms are stocked with Bulgari toiletries.

Laundry, Pressing, and Dry Cleaning

Seadream offers laundry and dry cleaning services but there is no self-service option.

Library: Books, CDs, and DVDs

The library is well stocked with a large selection of books. You will also find computers with Internet access, available 24 hours a day, as well as board games, newspapers, and magazines.

Luggage Delivery Service

SeaDream does not offer a luggage delivery service.

Medical Facilities

Seadream yachts have well-equipped medical facilities and a physician is onboard at all times.

Newspapers

Newspapers are available in the Library.

Past Guest Program

As a pst guest, you’ll join the Seadream Club after just one sailing with the cruise line. Benefits include:

• The Art of Yachting coffee table book
• Notice of new itineraries prior to their release
• Newsletter delivered three times a year
• Annual “Club Members Voyages,” where members save $500 per stateroom
• Incentives for introducing new guests to Seadream; each stateroom (yours and theirs) will receive a $100 discount
• Priority on sold-out voyages; members are moved to the top of the waiting list
• Additional savings, gifts, vouchers, and event invitations

Pets

No pets are allowed onboard, with the exception of service animals.

Religious Services

Reglious services are not performed onboard SeaDream yachts.

Room Service

Complimentary room service is available 24 hours per day.

Ship-to-Shore Communications

All staterooms have iIternet access; laptops will be supplied at request for no extra charge. The cost for Internet useage is $35 for 24 hours of unlimited connection. There are also computers in the Library that guests may make use of at a charge of $5 for the first 10 minutes and then $3 per ten-minute session following that. Direct dial telephones are also available for guests use.

Shore Excursions

Seadream offers many interesting tailormade shore excursions. Alternatively, you may choose to tour on your own. The activities director will advise you of the best areas to visit, shop, and beachcomb.

Single Supplement Policy

There is no single supplement for transatlantic voyages. Talk with SeaDream or your travel agent to find out the supplement for other itineraries.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the staterooms, restaurants, or any other public room. You may smoke outside ion Decks 3, 4, and 6.

Spa Services

The Thai-certified SeaDream Spa is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., but will provide treatments outside these times by special arrangement. Therapists use aromatherapy products by Decleor, Paris. Try the Asian Blend Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Papaya Body Mask, or the Javanese Lulur body treatment.

Transfers

Ground transfers are not available from SeaDream.

Travel Insurance

Travel Guard Travel Insurance is available for 8 percent of your invoice total. The insurance covers:

• Trip cancellation or interruption—the full cost of the cruise fare will be reimbursed, provided the reasons for cancellation or interruption fall within the stipulated accepted categories
• Travel delay—$1,000 compensation
• Baggage delay—up to $500 to cover you for clothing and personal effects until your baggage arrives
• Loss of baggage—up to $3,000 to compensate for the loss of your personal effects
• Medical expenses—up to $20,000
• Emergency evacuation/repatriation—up to $50,000
• 24-hour travel assistance
