Menu: SeaDream II in the Caribbean, January 10–17, 2010
If you’ve recently sailed aboard SeaDream II, one of SeaDream Yacht Club’s all-inclusive luxury vessels, you’ve no doubt met Josselin Jeanblanc. He’s the yacht’s Chef de Cuisine and, to put it plainly, he and his team of 15 are brilliant!
We sailed the Caribbean aboard SeaDream II from January 10–17, 2010 and each meal reminded us just how important it is to have a talented French chef in the kitchen and an excellent provisions master in the back office.
Each dish was inventive as well as delicious and the ingredients were the freshest I’ve seen on a ship in a very long time.
